Mostly satisfied
Great location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel and facilities.
Our mattress was very soft so I kept waking up almost rolled on top of my husband during the night. Although the bed was beautiful I found it quite uncomfortable.

Pleasant
The environment in the jungle felt peaceful with visits from the monkeys were exciting.. Ordered food from a restaurant which was tasty. Close to Monkey Forest,, shops & eateries.
Pool had very few deck chairs. For such a big hotel, it wasn't enough. The moss on the ground was slippery on wet days. On rainy days, there's no undercover area so definitely will get we walking from lobby to room.

The location to shops,restaurants and monkey forest. Excellent spa service. Excellent staff.
The hotel is needing a revamp of rooms and repair of paths and walkways. Select a room near the restaurant.

What was the highlight of Champlung Sari Hotel and Spa Ubud
Overall fine
The hotel and pools were nice. Good location overall. I had the deluxe room and that was very spacious and nice. Staff was friendly as well.
In my case I had the room closest to the monkey forest, which sounds nice but results in having about 15 monkeys in front of your door when you try to get out. For the ones used to monkeys and with nerves of steel that might not be a problem, but they would fight and scream during the night. Even though the location is good, I found the other main street of Ubud a better location.
