Mostly satisfied
Great location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel and facilities.
Our mattress was very soft so I kept waking up almost rolled on top of my husband during the night. Although the bed was beautiful I found it quite uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay
Great location, huge rooms, free wifi, good Airconditioning and two pools. The monkeys are very active and fun to watch but keep your distance. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Tina
The property is very dated but well built and it looks like they are starting to refresh the property. Promoted as a super special discount but we considered the price we paid was what it was worth.

Overall it’s good, minus the disturbance by monkeys in the evening.
The polite employees, cleanliness, breakfast and location.
Monkeys everywhere. Thats why it’s called Monkey forest. Do not leave main and balcony doors open. 1 was fierce and it tried to attack the kids and adults in my family.

Super friendly staff, big bath, huge room, great breakfast but massages not great
I loved how friendly they were, breakfast was very good until 10am, and the staff was super helpful. During Nyepi (holiday) the staff did everything to still make us enjoy our stay and kept wifi on, pool open en serving food - many hotels close this day so I am very thankful for this. The rooms were very big as well and airco works really good + comfy beds with mosquito net are a big help. Loved how big the bathtub was as well.
I wish the massage was a little better for the amount we paid. Outside massages are a lot cheaper + better. Also, when we arrived they said they forgot to tell us that there is 20% extra fee - so be aware of it. The bath is big but the hot water doesn't keep going unfortunately till it is filled. Only up until 1/3th - so that too, be aware :)
